All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality. Whistleblowers will be protected from retaliation in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010.
We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. If you have a complaint about any of our products, services, or the conduct of any of our staff:
Step 1: Contact us directly via email at support@pheimunittrusts.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and resolve it within 14 business days.
Step 2: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the Securities Commission Malaysia or the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM).
